STOP TA Clinic 7/11: What Next? Areas of Focus Following the Submission of the Implementation Plan with Shira Phelps

Between the COVID-19 pandemic and societal changes, the needs of STOP Administrators and Subgrantees have changed. In this TA Clinic hosted by Shira Phelps, STOP Administrators were given the opportunity to discuss new, innovative ideas that they will implement over the next grant period. The conversation continued by discussing how administrators might continue the work they began over the last grant period and what they might change moving forward.

Shira Rosenthal Phelps is a human trafficking and gender-based violence subject matter expert currently working with the Human Trafficking Capacity Building Center. She has worked in the field as a direct service provider to survivors of human trafficking, sexual assault, and domestic violence; serving as a lead policy analyst, justice systems and advocate trainer, and public spokesperson; and serving as the Wisconsin STOP Administrator. Ms. Phelps is a consultant with the STAAR Project at ALSO.
