STOP Administrators Meeting: Planning for the Unexpected

First Session

Second Session

The last two years have taught us that additional considerations and flexibilities are necessary when working with grantees, and that having contingency plans in place can be useful to rely on when outside factors impact the administration of funds and grantee work. In this workshop, the presenters led an interactive discussion about how to engage in a contingency planning process that considers what your agency and subrecipients will need, and that allows for shifts when pivoting is required.
