STOP Administrators Meeting: Post Award Processes – Monitoring and TA to Subgrantees

Developing and communicating a plan for managing, monitoring, and providing technical assistance (TA) to STOP subgrantees will largely determine how you engage with subgrantees throughout the project period. In this interactive workshop, the facilitator and participants share their strategies and methods for subgrantee management, monitoring, and TA provision that balance multiple needs, including compliance, continuous improvement, incorporating best practices, and subgrantee time management.
