STOP TA Clinic 5/19/2025: Convening Effective Implementation Planning Committee Meetings with Jay Otto and Katie Dively of Banyan Collective

During the month of May, we will be continuing our Implementation Planning series by discussing best practices for working with the Implementation Planning Committee and IP Committee meeting facilitation. Join the STAAR Project in welcoming presentors Jay Otto and Katie Dively from the Banyan Collective, who will lead our Clinic this month.

Jay Otto, a former researcher and Co-Director of the Center for Health and Safety Culture and now a managing partner at Banyan Collaborative, brings a unique blend of engineering expertise and a keen interest in human behavior to his work. With degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Jay has spent years exploring how mindsets and systems shape our actions, and how we can foster healthier, safer communities.

Katie Dively is a public health expert dedicated to fostering healthier communities and organizations. Katie leverages her Master’s degree in Health Promotion and Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) certification to guide communities and organizations towards positive change. With over two decades of experience developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex health challenges, Katie has also trained and mentored countless communities and organizations across the United States.
